I have marks and stains, are you able to remove them?

Most types of carpet stains are removed during cleaning. Tar, food and drink spills, oil and greasy marks can usually be removed with specialist treatments to which there is no extra charge. However, some types of stains can permanently dye the fibres, such as tea, coffee, fake tan, pet stains and food and drink colouring such as Lucozade, therefore permanently changing the colour of the carpet.
